This is a reflective piece on the world within and the world surrounding me. During the time I have been in quarantine, I have become deeply saddened, perplexed, and frustrated by many things revolving the pandemic and the circumstances that have followed me from it. Most of these songs were written and recorded in one day, on January 28th, 2021, and serve as a meditative, sonic expression of how I feel about the current state of the world. There is much sadness and anger, but there is also a lot of joy to be felt from the world too. I hope that whoever may find themselves listening to this record will not only experience a wide array of emotions, but feel inspired and see a silver lining surrounding all of these things we as people feel so negatively about.

I wanted to dive in deeper than i ever have before in regards to writing music about my mental health on this album. This album is a declaration of my trauma and how it has shaped me as a person, as well as an emancipation from my trauma consuming every facet of my life.

All proceeds from this album will be donated to RAINN. Regardless, please consider supporting them and their cause.
